System action Utility processing is terminated without invoking the requested utility or utilities. Operator response Contact the system programmer to determine if a -START DB2 command should be issued for the indicated subsystem. System programmer response Have the operator issue a -START DB2 command for the indicated subsystem. User response Correct your JCL to specify the correct subsystem-name on the EXEC statement, and resubmit the job. Otherwise, contact the system programmer to determine when the subsystem will be available for processing. Problem determination DB2 must be started in order to execute DB2 utilities. Severity 8 (error) |
